Chapter 59 Quest: Invitation from the Stars is the Player Rank 200 unlock quest.

The 6 step quest can be started once you reach rank 175 and will pit you in a Boss Rush against more difficult versions of the bosses from the Agastia arc of the Main Story.

Full Elixir are available without limit. Even if it looks like a lot of HP, at worst, the bosses will cost you a healthy chunk of AP.
