A Slice of Summer - Beach House Boogaloo - Episode 2

Heles rescues Camieux from aggressive beachgoers, and she agrees to return the favor by showing Heles around the resort. De La Fille then accuses a nearby shopkeeper of overcharging, prompting a brawl.

At the same time Lunalu is collapsing back at the beach house, Heles, the former princess of the kingdom of Irestill, is lounging on the beach.
Heles: (Our kingdom is being restored, and I'm already seeing signs of our tertiary industries recovering.)
Heles: (The tertiary industries here have long flourished, attracting many people from other islands. There is much to learn.)

Heles: ((Captain) allowed me this break. I must use this valuable time effectively...)
No version of Heles in crew

Heles: (Those back home have sent me to gather information. It is my chance to observe and learn all I can.)
???: L-let go of me!
Heles: Huh? That voice just now...
Partying Youth: Hey, it's all good. Come party with us!
Camieux: Um, well... I don't want to party with strangers!
Partying Youth: Well, if we become friends after this then we won't be strangers anymore, right?
Heles gracefully places her hand on the young reveler's arm.
Heles: Let go of her. A gentleman should never touch a lady in such a manner.

Camieux: Oh, Heles!
Partying Youth: Whoa, babe alert! Why don't you come with us and—Ow!
Heles twists his arm. He lets out a painful groan, releasing his grip on Camieux and allowing the two to flee the area.
Heles: Many of the visitors here find themselves getting a touch... carried away.
Heles: Are you okay? They didn't do anything to you, I hope.
Camieux: I-I'm fine! There were just a lot of people talking to me all of a sudden, and I got overwhelmed...
No version of Camieux in crew

Camieux: I was just delivering something for a customer when they suddenly asked me to join them...
Camieux: I thought stuff like that only happened to pretty people like Cassie or Silva...
Heles: Haha, you're quite pretty too. All the more reason to always have your wits about you.
Camieux: Okay... I'll be more careful next time...
Heles: Don't get discouraged. You're here at the beach. May as well relax and enjoy it.
Camieux: You're right! Thank you!
Camieux: Oh! That's right! Let me thank you for helping me earlier!
Heles: No need. I just did what anyone would have done.
Camieux: But I have to do something! It just wouldn't feel right otherwise! Please?
Heles: You don't need to do anything for me.
Heles: Then again... Ah, there's an idea. Could you tell what there is to do around here?
Camieux: Hmm... Well, you can go swimming, eat good food...
Heles: That all sounds quite excellent. This is my first time going on vacation after all.
Camieux: Ah, got it! How about you come with me to go see all the sights of the Auguste Sea?
Heles: By all means, young lady. Where shall we start?
Camieux: Hmm... Let me see...
While Camieux ponders, she and Heles walk along the beach.
Pushy Salesperson: How about some frozen fruit? Nothing better to quench your thirst on a hot day!
Camieux: Oh! That sounds good. Heles, why don't we try some?
Heles: Indeed. One's bound to become parched with the sun's vengeful rays streaming down on you.
Heles: Hardly a rare delicacy, but the location and season has created special demand for such a frigid dessert.
Camieux: That sounds a little like something my dad taught me, Heles.
Camieux: My dad used to say, whether you're making goods or selling them, there's a lot of things you need to keep in mind.
Pushy Salesperson: Hey girls! Interested in buying some fruit?
Heles: Sure, we'll take one each.
Pushy Salesperson: Absolutely!
The salesperson presents the fruit and states the price, causing Camieux to flinch.
Camieux: Oh my, that's higher than I thought... But I guess this is a tourist area.
Heles: Oh? Do tourist areas usually have such value-added products for sale?
Heles opens her wallet to pay when a woman's voice suddenly rings out.
De La Fille: Hold on, there! That's a rip-off and you know it!
Pushy Salesperson: Come now, miss, you know that's not true!
De La Fille: It is true! You're asking for more than double what the other stores are charging!
De La Fille: And it seems like you've raised your prices from earlier today too!
De La Fille: Cheating people is a pretty low way to make a living!
Heles: Aha... You recognized that we're not from Venera Beach and changed the price accordingly.
Pushy Salesperson: Gah... Come on!
Camieux: What? Y-y-you wanna take this outside?
Pushy Salesperson: Give me a break! You're a little small to be picking fights with grown businessmen!
Pushy Salesperson: And you were about to buy it at that price anyway, weren't you? Cough up the cash!
Camieux: Eep!
Heles: Look out!
Heles pulls Camieux out of the way of the salesperson's incoming fist.
De La Fille: Those who resort to violence are the absolute worst!
Vyrn: Whoa, what's going on here? A fight or something?
(Captain) hears the shouting match outside and rushes to investigate.
Camieux: Don't you dare do that to Heles!
Pushy Salesperson: Stuff it, shrimp!
Camieux: What'd you say?
Percival: Are you here to assist your trusted allies, (Captain)?
Percival: Your kindness never fails to surprise me. Very well. Allow me to lend a hand.
