SIEGFRIED - Chapter 1: Routine - Episode 4

After hearing Lancelot's story, Arthur and Mordred are all the more dazzled by Siegfried, but Lancelot warns them not to imitate his way of trying to solve everything on his own. As the other knights' lesson starts to wind down, the pair dash over to Siegfried and beg him to train them.

Arthur and Mordred's eyes shine as they stand on the training grounds listening to Lancelot talk about old times.
Arthur: Wow! Siegfried really is amazing!
Mordred: He always seems so calm, but he's crazy strong when he gets serious!
Vane: We would've been in real trouble back then if Siegfried hadn't shown up...
Lancelot: Heheh... Well? Now do you see what makes Siegfried so incredible?
Lancelot appears satisfied, having successfully conveyed the extent of Siegfried's splendor.
Vane: You know, that story reminded me that Siegfried has a habit of resolving things by himself.
Lancelot: He certainly does... I wish he'd learn to rely more on the people around him.
Arthur: But that makes him even cooler!
Mordred: Believing in your own strength and settling things yourself is the epitome of manliness!
Lancelot: I'm obviously glad you two think so highly of Siegfried...
Lancelot: But if you ever encounter any problems, don't try to solve them on your own, all right?
Vane: Yeah! You still have a long way to go!
Arthur: Yes, sir! You've got that right!
Mordred: We're well aware that we still lack experience.
Meanwhile Siegfried's training session with the other knights seems to be winding down.
Upon seeing this, Arthur and Mordred sprint over to Siegfried.
Arthur: Siegfried! Please train me next!
Mordred: Hey, Arthur! No fair stealing a march on me!
Siegfried: Heh... In that case, I'll take you both on at once.
Arthur: Huh? Are you sure?
Siegfried: I don't mind.
Mordred: Heh! Don't underestimate us, or you'll end up getting hurt!
Siegfried: Right. Let's have a serious fight.
Arthur: All right! You ready, Mordred?
Mordred: You bet, Arthur! Ready when you are!
Arthur: Okay then...
Arthur & Mordred: Let's do this!

SIEGFRIED - Chapter 1: Routine - Episode 4: Scene 2

As Arthur and Mordred stew over their defeat by Siegfried, the knights learn that a disaster is unfolding in Burgundy. Word also reaches Wales, where Percival and (Captain)'s crew are meeting with Aglovale. Noticing the crew's worry over their friends in Feendrache, Aglovale orders Percival to head to Burgundy for some reconnaissance.

Arthur: Dang it! He's too strong!
Mordred: We were totally outmatched.
Arthur and Mordred had been completely unable to compete with Siegfried.
The pair lie sprawled on the ground looking deeply chagrined.
Siegfried: Heh... Don't be so depressed. You two are improving steadily.
Arthur: What makes you say that?
Siegfried: Well... There's more breadth to your attacks now.
Mordred: Maybe... But it was like you weren't even trying.
Siegfried: If I unleashed my true power, you two would—
Siegfried: Actually... Never mind.
Arthur: Huh? We'd what?
Mordred: Hey, Arthur. Just let it go.
Just then, a member of the White Dragons comes running up to them.
White Dragon: Captain Lancelot!
Lancelot: What's wrong? Why do you look so panicked?
White Dragon: A disaster is unfolding in the region of Burgundy! Please return to His Majesty's side at once!
Lancelot: ...!
Understood! We'll head there right away!
Aglovale: According to information received from merchants in the area moments ago, monsters are running rampant in Burgundy.
Percival: What! Why are there monsters there?
Aglovale: Your guess is as good as mine. I'm afraid that's the extent of my knowledge on the matter.
While visiting Wales, Percival and (Captain)'s crew receive word of the events taking place in Burgundy.
Vyrn: Huh... What's that Burgundy place anyway?
Aglovale: Burgundy is an unstable region that shares its borders with a number of other nations.
Percival: A large-scale rebellion took place there back when I was in Feendrache.
Lyria: That sounds bad... I'm worried about everyone in the capital.
Percival: Yes... So am I.
Upon seeing Percival's troubled expression, Aglovale offers up a suggestion.
Aglovale: Hmm... Percival, head to Burgundy and scout the area.
Percival: Brother!
Aglovale: Burgundy is an important point of trade, so this will have an effect on the merchants traveling to and from Wales.
Percival: But what about the mission you requested?
Aglovale: You let me worry about that.
Aglovale: I've determined that the issue in Burgundy will have a greater impact on our national interest.
Percival: Understood!
Vyrn: Sheesh, talk about a roundabout way of doin' things. He hides his feelings just like his brother.
Lyria: Hehe. You can definitely tell they're related.
Percival: My vassals, you're free to relax here in Wales if you'd like. What would you prefer to do?
Vyrn: We're worried about Feendrache too, so we'll go with you.
Lyria: Yeah! We'll come along!
  1. Count us in for the ride!

Choose: Count us in for the ride!

Percival: Heh... You lot are softhearted through and through.
Percival: Then as soon as you're prepared, we'll depart for Burgundy!
And so Percival sets out for Burgundy joined by (Captain) and the crew.
Once the crew has departed, Aglovale calls one of his guards over and whispers something into his ear.
Aglovale: Gather those with skill and investigate the leyline.
Guard: Yes, my lord!
As he watches the guard scamper off, Aglovale loses himself in deep thought.
