Arthur and Mordred lead (Captain) and company to Siegfried's location. There they encounter Gunther, who was about to escape with the unconscious Siegfried in tow. Gunther summons a flight of wyverns and commences an attack on (Captain) and the others.

Thanks to Arthur and Mordred showing the way, (Captain) and company arrive at the run-down house in the deserted village.

Arthur: Siegfried!

Gunther: Tch... That was quick.

Siegfried: ...

Mordred: Let Siegfried go!

Gunther had left the house with Siegfried, intending to make his escape through the air atop a dragon.

Lancelot: You... Who are you! And what do you plan to do with Siegfried!

Percival: Now that we're here, there's no escape.

(Captain) and company block Gunther's path, refusing to let him flee.

1. Give it up and surrender!

Gunther: Sigh... There's no end to you pests.

Gunther: Go ahead, I dare you to move. Do you not care what happens to your dear friend Siegfried?

Percival: If you were after Siegfried's life, you would have killed him when you had the chance.

Gunther: Oho... Seems there's a level-headed one in the bunch. But how do you know I won't change my mind?

Lancelot: Try anything funny and my blade will be at your throat before you can so much as blink!

Vyrn: Yeah! You better give up if you know what's good for you!

Lyria: That's right! There's nowhere to run!

Gunther: Oh? Are you sure about that?

As Gunther begins to chant, a flight of wyverns appears and surrounds (Captain) and company.

Wyvern: Grah!

Arthur: These are the same wyverns as the ones in the village!

Mordred: In other words... he was controlling those dragons!

Lancelot: Arthur, Mordred! You two stand back!

Arthur: But we want to help!

Percival: Listen carefully... If you want to save Siegfried, you need to leave this to us.

Mordred: Okay!
Come on, Arthur! We're leaving!

Arthur: Dang it... In the end, we're nothing but a burden...

Percival: Here they come! Lancelot, (Captain), Lyria!

Lancelot: Right! Let's settle this swiftly!

(Captain) and Lyria prepare to assist Lancelot and Percival in battle against the wyverns.
