SIEGFRIED - Chapter 6: Resolution - Episode 2

Siegfried uses his heightened senses resulting from the awakening of his dragon blood to lead (Captain) and company toward Gunther's hideout. Elsewhere, Team Chickadee embark on their own mission given to them by Lancelot and Vane. Meanwhile Gunther remains at his hideout, brooding as he starts to chant quietly.

After the preparations are complete, Siegfried leads everyone on the search for Gunther's hideout.

Siegfried: This way.

Lancelot: Roger.

Percival: Tell me, Siegfried—how do you know the way to the hideout?

Siegfried: When Gunther activated the dragon blood in my body, every one of my senses became sharper.

Siegfried: As a result, I can also feel the presence of dragons more clearly than before.

Percival: And any place with a congregation of dragons has to be Gunther's hideout. That's a good hunch.

Vane: Wow! You're amazing, Siegfried!

Vane: You're probably gonna be the one to carry this fight to the finish, huh?

Siegfried: While it's flattering to hear you sing so much praise, I believe it's too early to predict what will happen.

Vane: I-I guess so!

Vane: Hoo-rahhhh!

Percival: What in the world are you doing?

Vane: Hahaha! Pumping myself up with a slap on the cheek!

Siegfried: Heh... It's nice to see you're not affected in the slightest.

Lancelot: Keeping his spirits up no matter the situation is one of his better qualities.

Lyria: Hehe... Everything's a lot nicer when all four of them are together.

Vyrn: By the way, what ended up happenin' with Arthur and Mordred?

Lancelot: Oh, them?

Vane: We gave them a job to do.

Arthur and his friends arrive at a forest near Feendrache.

Arthur: Did you guys find anything over there?

Tornelio: Nope. Not a thing.

Mordred: How about you, Cruz?

Cruz: Nothing here either.

Henry: Geez, why did I have to be dragged into this too?

Mordred: You didn't. You just tagged along.

Arthur: Thanks for helping, Henry!

Henry: My pleasure, Arthur! As captain of the Henry Brigade, it's my duty to help you guys out!

Mordred: You must be delusional. I don't remember joining a brigade run by some kid.

Henry: Arthur! I'll have you return this favor for me later! Hahaha!

Arthur: Okay! Lemme know what you want!

Mordred: Are you two serious right now? I have enough to deal with as it is...

Tornelio: Hm? Is something wrong, Cruz?

Cruz: No, not really. I was just wondering if we're really helping the captains by doing this.

Arthur: Of course we are! But honestly, it's not like we can do much else.

Mordred: If you guys have enough time to be yapping, you can get to searching faster!

Cruz: Okay.

As the young knights perform their duty, Gunther wastes no time in making his own preparations for the coming conflict.

Gunther: Damn it, they really messed everything up.

Gunther: It seems I don't have a choice.

He begins to quietly chant, a brooding scowl on his face all the while.
