What Makes the Sky Blue - Chapter 2: Sky - Episode 4

Greatly weakened, the wind primarch, Raphael, vanishes—but not before saying only primarchs can repair the void between primarchs. Though many mysteries remain unresolved, Rackam departs on the Grandcypher to gather more allies, while (Captain), Vyrn, Lyria, and Sierokarte head for Fremel Island.

Lyria clearly senses the aura of a primal beast coming from a collapsed man in the forest.
He appears to be greatly weakened.
Lyria: We can't see the wings, but there's no doubt about it. This is the wind primarch we've been searching for.
Sierokarte: The wind primarch. According to Arusha's notes, that would make you Raphael, correct?
Raphael: ...
Rackam: Uh, so it looks like you're in a lot of pain, Raphael. What exactly happened to you?
Raphael: Why bother asking, for the efforts of mortals amount to nothing...
Vyrn: Hey! The whole world's in trouble thanks to the imbalance between you and your pals!
Lyria: Can you at least tell us some information? Does it have to do with your condition?
Raphael: The red dragon and the girl in blue...
Raphael: I see...
Raphael: ...
Raphael mumbles to himself as he considers what to do. After a brief moment, he nods to himself as if coming to a decision.
Raphael: The matter is not urgent.
Without saying another word, Raphael's body becomes enveloped in a verdant green light. At the same time, the winds pick up and rage like a tempest.
Vyrn: Argh! Is he trying to run away?
Rackam: Hey! Wait a minute! What were you concerned about?
Raphael: Hm... You pilot an airship created by a primal.
Rackam: Huh? You know about the Grandcypher?
Raphael: Only primarchs can repair the void between primarchs.
Lyria: He disappeared. How did he know so much about us?
Vyrn: He said the void between primarchs. Was he attacked by the others?
Rackam: Hold on, what if you're right? He could be out for revenge against them!
Sierokarte: If that happens, the imbalance between the tetra-elements will only get—
Richard: Hey! There you guys are!
Vyrn: Well, if it isn't Richard! Something happen? You look troubled.
Richard: The town's been overrun by those halo monsters! Therese's holding them off for now, but—
Lyria: Oh no, Therese! We've got to get back to her!
Therese: You're weak! This is what it feels like to go up against a sword honed by a multitude of duels!
Therese: Haaaa!
Virtue Core: ...
Thug 1: Yaaah! We ain't gonna let you hog all the glory! Protect the city, boys!
Richard: Therese! I'm here now!
Richard: Er, what's with the mini-army?
Rackam: You guys!
Thug 2: Heh heh! We're just returnin' what we owe ya! This ain't the time for bounty talks!
Therese: Leave this to me! The rest of you go with (Captain) and continue the investigation!
Vyrn: Right! Which primarch is next? I think Fremel is the closest island to us.
Lyria: Yes, but Katalina's group is still...
Rackam: Yeah, I get why you're worried... Why don't we split into two groups: one for investigations and one to assemble everyone in the crew.
Therese: You can hop on the casino liner. I'll have my guys give you a lift. They're evacuating everyone to Fremel right now.
Rackam: Good thinking! As for me I'll go pick up the others. Hope you can handle the investigations without me, (Captain).
Rackam: And also... Never mind. Forget it.
Vyrn: Huh? What's up?
Richard: Humph. Rackam, those things are coming at us fast. If you've got something to say, say it now.
Rackam: Sh-shut it. I'm not trying to be anyone's babysitter, but you guys had better not overdo it.
Rackam: Doesn't matter what kind of danger you find yourselves in—I'll come flying in on the Grandcypher, all right?
Lyria: Rackam...
Lyria: I understand!
Sierokarte: Hehehe! Well then, everyone, we're off to Fremel!
