The skill damage increase is around 10%, and skill cap also increase around 10%. Only useful when you have Qilin summon *3. I guess it's pretty much okay to be reduced.

Estimated max attack around 3190~3200, increased around 9,2 points of attack per lvl up. Estimated max HP around 218~220, increased around 0,61 points of HP per lvl up.
