Im an ameteur player tried to make baha dagger, but now halo angel rust weapon drop became more suck. Is there any nerf or notice? All special quest are same, Dragon Trial no longer gave an easy drop scale. Or is there any notice about decreasing drop rate? Please help...

Drop rates should not have changed. Angel Halo is a poor source for Rusted Weapons, it takes on average 100 Angel Halo for 1 Rusted Dagger. (A bit less with Drop Rate Boosts.)
Do Proto Bahamut instead for Rusted Weapons, you'll probably get a dagger before you get enough Horn of Bahamut.
As for Six-Dragon Trial (Very Hard), bring Drop Rate Boosts to get close to 100% drop rate.
