counter damage is 250% at base and 350% at lv55. DATA buffs from first skill stack with call of the abyss and double trouble III. nuke is 700-750% at base and 800-850% at lv75. crit buff chance/size unknown and annoying to test but overwrites the crit from swan song so presumably large
