how do i do that if the event ends and i have not enough mats?

If you just lack materials like urns and merits, then you can still uncap an event weapon/summon even after the event ends. But if you need event-only drops like medallions, then you'd have to hope that the event gets a rerun. Since it's a collaboration with another company, there's no telling if it'll happen.
Do your best to get event drops while you can. Consider using Half Elixirs from the casino, free quests, co-op, etc.
