Per hit's base cap is probably somewhere around 100k a hit and you should expect around 145k a hit and ~750k from just scales and seraphic. The usual should pump up those rookie numbers. And no, you can't call copies every other turn to have two drills at the end of each turn. The called buff overwrites the second turn's buff. RIP fun.
