Is there truly no other way to obtain this summon aside from starting the game? so only 1 possible copy, ever, and only uncappable with Moonlight Stones?

interesting and seems kinda weird, but thanks for the info. I'm keeping him and uncapping him for sentimental reasons, I assume that's the only good reason why anyone would, when his actual usefulness sucks in general? Guess he's just a remnant of the game's older days....
