Nothing particular in here. You know, I'm just doing stuffs like scrolling and finding lores for the character while lazily looking for official translated titles Granblue team decided to drop per-weapon title which makes me sad. Also proofchecking some battles, because why not?

Overview[edit]

With the straightforward utility kit, Karyl is a great character with simplicity on her skills. Her damage revolves around skill damages, which one of them can be casted twice after charge attack, while the other skill increases her skill damage cap. As a debuffer, she possesses a skill which inflicts Status DarkDEFDownStack.pngDark Lowered (Stackable)DEF is lowered for dark DMG (Stackable)
, which can't be found elsewhere from other Dark characters. With Enmity and Critical Hit rate support skill, she is great on enmity-based grids such as Celeste Claw Omega square.jpg Celeste Claw Omega or Weapon s 1040200700.jpg Gisla.

  • During normal mode, Lucilius' charge attack will attack ally with highest HP, and switches to next highest one if the target dies during attack. Protecting it can be done either way; by reaching 100% damage cut by any reason, Status DefenseUp.pngOther SelfTakes no DMG or debuffs while in effect

  • The most common way to reach 100% damage mitigation is by using Phalanx II/III and using a summon or party ability to cover the last 30%.
    • The currently obtainable summons able to give enough damage cut/saving party are:
    • Chaining off of any Carbuncle will always give 25% damage cut, which is insufficient. Paradise Lost will still deal 5%~30% damage, which will still kill your party.
    • The only known way currently to avoid Paradise Lost by skill is gaining enough Status Repel.png RepelTaking less DMG and reflects attacks
