Template

The CharProfile template should be placed on default gacha version of character's lore page if available, eg. Lancelot/Lore, or its first released version if not. When character has more than one profile, add all fields to the template and replace P1 with P2, P3 and so on, depending on the chronological order of profiles. If any non-background information is the same between first and later versions, the new fields can be left empty or removed. Background is unique to each character, it should be left empty if it's not provided.

Field Explanation

|age=Age of the character, written as <number> years old, eg. 27 years old.
|agejp=Age of the character exactly as written on the official profile, eg. 27歳.
|height=Height of the character. This value is generally universal between Japanese and English version of profile.
|heightjp=(Same as above.)
|race=Race of the character. Character whose race is classified as "Other" in game sometimes still have their real race stated, eg. Wulf is described to be Werewolf.
|racejp=(Same as above.)
|hobbies=Character hobbies.
|hobbiesjp=(Same as above.)
|likes=What the character likes.
|likesjp=(Same as above.)
|dislikes=What the character dislikes.
|dislikesjp=(Same as above.)
|background=Translation of the Japanese background. Should be left empty if there's no Japanese background or if the translation is yet to be provided.
|backgroundjp=Japanese background. Not all characters have it. It will show in English version of the profile if it's untranslated.
|official=Is the translation of the profile official?
|source=Sources of the information included in the profile for each specific character version, listed in form of references.

|needs_translation=Does any field still needs translation?

Why are we keeping the Japanese text?

Since translators vary in interpretation and skill level, having the original Japanese text available opens the possibility of more accurate translations/proofreading by multiple translators. Wikis are intrinsically a community effort and this helps maintain accuracy.
