Hi, I am the user who made the contribution to the Maniac fight earlier this day but it was reverted. I did a lot of Maniac fights now and always had the boss cast its Noiseless Discord skill when reaching 90% hp. That sounds like a trigger to me.

The problem was that you added the trigger to the Extreme Raid‎‎ page not the Maniac page. The Maniac page already lists the 90% trigger correctly. Please carefully read which page you're editing.
