Tuning is a global debuff that deals turn-based damage to foes afflicted with it based on its level for 180 seconds.

About Tuning

• Foes afflicted with TuningHP is lowered on every turn based on Tuning lvl (Max: 10 / Can't be removed)
  Base Accuracy: Guaranteed to land if the foe does not have 100% debuff resistance (10,000% base accuracy)Duration: 180 seconds take turn-based damage every turn.
