Lukav's extraordinarily fast movements prove to be too much for (Captain) and Anderson to handle. Fortunately, Yngwie shows up with a greatsword in hand to defeat Lukav. Due to the progenitor's influence, Lukav begins to lose control as his body gets back up to fight.

Outside the floating fortress, (Captain) and Anderson continue to engage Lukav.

Anderson: Nwaaah!

Lukav: How pointless.

(Captain) and Anderson take turns keeping up the pressure. Yet Lukav dodges all their attacks, sticking to the tree like a bat.

Lukav: You may as well be frozen in time.

Anderson: Rgh... His extraordinary speed makes his movements hard to read.

Eugen and the soldiers, too, are stupefied by how Lukav is practically running circles around the two.

Eugen: This is bad...

Eugen: Guys! We have to help them!

Roanne Soldier 2: And we shall! Cover General Anderson!

However, the members of Rie Famille do not follow suit.

Famille Soldier 3: Guys, isn't that... Lukav? Why does he look like that?

While Rie Famille are still reeling from the realization that this is their commander, the others join the battle.

Lukav moves in on (Captain) in the blink of an eye and brings his sword down.

Before the blow can connect, (Captain) instinctively calls out the name of an ally.

Vyrn: Yngwie!

Lukav: ...!

Yngwie: Erika, watch over (Captain). You could use a break yourself, Anderson. Let me handle Lukav solo.

Lukav: You survived such a deep wound... General Anderson may have been on the mark after all...

The two focus all their might and cross swords.

Anderson: Must be the doing of the Socialis progenitor inside him!

Yngwie: Seems like he's lost all rationality and has gone into full carnage mode.

Anderson: Yngy, I'll join you. Two old warhorses is better than one.

Erika: I want to help Luka regain his senses too!
