| The president and first lady of Roanne for the past twenty-plus years. Jerome entered office eager to make the nation a better place for all, but over he time he lost that passion and came to believe that maintaining good relations with the federation was imperative for Roanne's continued existence, and essentially became their puppet. He is directly responsible for the Nightmare at Rire incident a decade ago; finding his newborn son dead in the village was what led him to such a cruel decision. The shock of losing their beloved child caused Caroline to undergo infantile regression—things were never the same after that. |
