| A lord that ruled over the lands near the royal castle of Levin. Though famed for being a levelheaded and wise leader, in truth he dealt in many an inhumane and unjust business under the table to further his political agenda. From a young age, he sought to restore Levin to the glory it enjoyed two hundred years past. To that end, he wished to research and utilize the Astral Void Lacrima and Skyblade, but the policy of the previous king prevented him from doing so, and Mallow was forced to bide his time. It is possible that, if the previous king had not been cruel to Yurius and given his permission for research into the Astral Void Lacrima and Skyblade, Mallow and Yurius would have collaborated and turned Levin into a militaristic nation. |
