Clarisse's mother and current head of the family. Her lineage as a direct descendant of Cagliostro's little sister grants her powers of decomposition, though not quite on the level of Clarisse's. She is resolute and levelheaded, as befits a family head. She realizes that while this gets in the way of her relationship with Clarisse, for whom she cares so deeply about, Promethia must act the part of the family head above all else.
