Loki's older brother, and an Astral who once oversaw the Phantagrande Skydom. Upon adapting to the Sky Realm, he and Queen Viola of the Erste Empire had a child together: Orchis. Because of his naturalization into the Sky Realm, he lost his immortality and ultimately his life in an incident with the primal beast Deus Ex Machina. Byleistr loves his wife and child very much, and though Orchid was born after his death, he sees her as a daughter-in-law of sorts as well. He once excelled as an Astral military officer, striking fear into those on the battlefield and earning himself the name of Byleistr the Stormrunner.
