A third-year student at a suburban junior high school. Albinism has given him a shock of white hair, but he is Japanese through and through. Although Fuwa's attendance has always been poor, his genius is undeniable. He's maintained his position at the very top of the class in academics, and he got the highest score on a nation-wide practice college entrance exam he took out of curiosity. He outright rejects and acts to "end" everything he deems unnecessary—something that many delinquents and even adults have found themselves on the receiving end of, causing them to fear him. Incidentally, Fuwa has two relatives who look just like him.
