Supreme commander of the Agarthan Hunters. Praised as the strongest Monscian in history, he took Agartha's seat of power at an exceptionally young age. Heine once adored Nilhe and his other friends and thought of them as siblings, especially relying on Sia as someone like a twin sister. However, his character took a sudden turn; his gentle and meek personality became ruthless and self-centered, while his emotional instability grew to be feared within the Hunters. Heine awakens during the war, transforming into a Monsceity, a type of being that appears once every century. He loses all reason and goes on a rampage, but is defeated by Aiden and company before taking his last breath in Nilhe's arms.
