A Kahuan warrior who lived five hundred years prior to present day. Hina displayed exceptional battle prowess even from a young age, and even among all Kahuan warriors—who were said to be each a match for a thousand enemies—she was said to be unrivaled.Close friends since youth with Papahana, a past ali'i. Hina's sensitive, innocent nature often lead Papahana to tease her, and other times guide her, ultimately encouraging her growth into the warrior who would bring Kahua into a golden age. Although she was sealed in Rarohenga after a surprise attack orchestrated by Papahana, she bears no grudge against her former friend and instead only laments that she was unable to fight until the end. While she has an obsession with combat, she respects other warriors and is courteous toward not only the strong, but also those who demonstrate the mentality of a true warrior despite a lack of combat prowess. As the god of Rarohenga, she behaves rather arrogantly, but this is merely her attempt to model herself after Papahana and Ku-Keoloewa—the people she considers great.
