Negi's father and a powerful wizard known as "the Thousand Master" for his mastery of a thousand spells, he once defeated the evil organization Cosmo Entelecheia as part of Ala Rubra to save the Magic World. Despite being a magic school dropout, he is a genius with an unparalleled reservoir of magical power, which led him to be summoned to the Sky Realm by the Astrals. Following his defeat and capture, he was subjected to an eternal, dreamlike stasis and integrated into the primal beast Zurvan as an enhancement component. Even after being freed, he retains numerous foreign memories and suffers from frequent headaches, fueling an ongoing grudge against the primal.
