Origin Crystal Removal and Crystal Gifting
Investigations of and measures against instances of RMT are currently being increased. The following measures are being or have been taken to deter instances of RMT.
Crystals can be gifted to users by sending a Japanese-language inquiry. To gift crystals, your original origin crystals would still need to be valid at the time of your inquiry.
1. Make an inquiry in Japanese via the Suggestion Box screen.
Include the receiving user's ID and the number of crystals you would like to send.
2. Our customer support team will remove the requested amount of crystals from your account and send them to the receiving user's account.
Measures will be taken against those accounts that are determined to be using this system for RMT.
• Users will not be notified of when they receive crystals or who sent crystals. Please manually notify the recipient beforehand.
• Only crystals that replaced origin crystals can be gifted in this manner.
• We will only be able to respond to inquiries written in Japanese.
Users who possessed origin crystals had their origin crystals replaced with an equal amount of crystals.
