Profile Privacy Settings

About Profile Privacy Settings

On the May 8 (JST) update, profile privacy settings were added to the Profile Settings menu.

These settings are meant to stop the trolls and griefers who were using profile message boards to stalk and harass other players.

We would like to apologize for only providing notice of these changes after the fact. We were concerned that advance notification of the changes could provoke even more inappropriate behavior.

The changes we made this time are only temporary ones; in a future update we plan to make the following changes:

When your profile is set to private, only your friends will be able to view your profile.

When you send a friend request while your profile is set to private, your profile will become viewable to that user.

When you apply to a crew while your profile is set to private, your profile will become viewable to the captain and the first officer of that crew.

When creating raid battle rooms, you will be able to filter participants based on profile privacy settings.

About Future Updates

Crew privacy settings will be expanded in a future update. However, because these settings could interfere with the interactions made between competing crews during Unite and Fight events, the following information will be made available for competing crews:

• Average rank of competing crew's members
• Number of crew members

• Number of members who've played recently

These and other changes will continue to be made in accordance with in-game trends.

Harassing Other Players

The Granblue Fantasy Team has established certain rules for players to follow.

Actions that intentionally antagonize other players, or deliberately obstruct their progress in the game are considered trolling and griefing. These are strictly forbidden.

Please report any harassment, griefing, or trolling you experience, including violent, hurtful, or offensive language. Reports must be made in Japanese and can be sent to the platform provider or to customer support.
