[Modified] Incorrect Account Suspension
To secure a fair game environment, the Granblue Fantasy Team has continuously conducted investigation for unauthorized tool usage or other prohibited activities, and accounts that were judged to be violating the game policy have been suspended.
However, we have confirmed that 166 of the accounts suspended after November 2018 were incorrectly judged to have used automatic game play tools. As of 9:35 p.m., Dec 27 (JST), we have unsuspended those accounts.
If your account has been subject to this incorrect suspension, please contact us via the inquiry form (お問い合わせ).
As a compensation, we have sent the following items and characters to the subject accounts.
We deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused by this issue.
