Unable to Access the Game Properly

After 7 p.m., Mar 18 (JST), there was an issue in which certain players couldn't access the game properly. In order to solve this issue, certain adjustments have been made to the servers as of 8:45 p.m., Mar 19 (JST).

To compensate for disadvantages caused by this issue, the following measures will be taken starting from 12 noon, Mar 20 (JST). This announcement will be updated after each is completed.

Compensation

• Premium Draw

  For players who performed a Premium draw or a Premium 10-part draw and couldn't draw items properly during 7 p.m., Mar 18-12:18 a.m., Mar 19 (JST), please contact us via the inquiry form (お問い合わせ). Based on the number of draws, equivalent number of draw tickets or crystals will be returned.

• Free 10-Part Draw

  For players who couldn't perform free 10-part draws during 7 p.m., Mar 18-12:18 a.m., Mar 19 (JST), Premium 10-part draw tickets will be sent based on the number of draws remaining.
  
  For players who couldn't complete the Gachapin Frenzy, 5 Premium 10-part draw tickets will be sent.
  
  For players who couldn't complete the Mukku Frenzy, 3 Premium 10-part draw tickets will be sent.
