Ongoing Technical Issues
Some players are getting stuck on the Ready screen during raid battles. This is due to some files not being read correctly.
How to Fix
Tap Menu, tap Settings, tap Data and Connection Settings, then tap Clear Cache.
Try closing your browser and clearing its cache. Steps for clearing the cache vary by browser.
If you are still experiencing issues after following the above steps, try changing Animation/Resolution Settings in the menu screen.
