Proper Number of Arcarum Badges Not Sent

There was an issue in which players did not receive the proper number of Arcarum badges from the Party On! 6th Birthday Celebrations Continue campaign. Players were supposed to receive two Arcarum badges between 5 a.m., April 13 and 4:59 a.m., April 14 (JST), but only received one.

One Arcarum badge has been sent to your crate to make up for this.

Thank you for bearing with us,
