Light SSR Draw Set Banner Showing Incorrect Summon Image

There was an issue in which a Star Premium draw set banner was showing the image of the summon Thor, which was not included in the item lineup for the Light SSR item draw. Thor is included in the 10-part draw and its draw rate is boosted during the period, but we sincerely apologize for the fact that having an image of a summon that is not included in the SSR item draw on the banner has possibly confused many of the users.

The banner image has been fixed as of 2:02 a.m., Apr 25 (JST).

For users who have purchased the Star Premium draw set before the above time, a refund and collection of items drawn will be taken into consideration. Please contact us from the contact form (お問い合わせ) if you wish to have a refund regarding this issue. (English messages are accepted.)

Accounts will be suspended temporarily while the refund and collection of items is taking place.

Please withhold upgrading and/or consuming the items drawn with this draw set if you wish to have them collected.

Thank you for bearing with us,
Granblue Fantasy Team
