News:Game Announcement EN 408
1-Card Higher-or-Lower Issue
After the 6 p.m., Aug 3, 2016 (JST) update, several issues occurred in the casino. One of these issues was that incorrect bonus multipliers were used in the 1-Card Higher-or-Lower poker stage. The casino has therefore been put under maintenance.
We are planning to fix the issue in this way:
For players who earned more than 2,560,001 chips from 1-Card Higher-or-Lower poker stage between the 6 p.m., Aug 3 (JST) and the maintenance, we will:
• Reclaimed the chips earned
• Refund the bets placed
The summon Anat and the weapon Jewel Modele will be reclaimed from players who have earned more than 2,560,001 chips from 1-Card Higher-or-Lower and traded for them.
The multiple-win bonus for 1-Card Higher-or-Lower will be removed.
Further information will be released in an update to this announcement.
Maintenance will end once items have been reclaimed and these issues have been resolved. This announcement will be updated once the maintenance ends.
Modified: 2:50 a.m., Aug 4, 2016 (JST)
Steps 1, 2, and 3 have been completed.
If players didn't have the number of chips that needed to be reclaimed, items from the casino cage have been reclaimed instead.
As thanks for your patience, 100,000 chips will be sent to the Crate screens of players who played before 2:50 a.m., Aug 4, 2016 (JST). Pick them up within 72 hours.
We will continue to work on the casino issues.
As details of progress become available, they will be released in an update to this announcement.
Thank you for bearing with us,
Granblue Fantasy Team
