We are currently looking into an issue where certain players who participated in the sneak preview of Arcarum: The World Beyond are sent to the News screen in some cases when trying to start a quest.

The issue was fixed at 2:07 a.m., Aug 26, 2016 (JST). Players still affected by the issue can fix it by retreating from battle.
As a token of appreciation for your patience, the following items will be sent to the crates of the 82 players who experienced this issue before 2:07 p.m., Aug 26 (JST).

200 beast bait slices
Please pick them up within 72 hours.
We will also be sending the following items to the 165 players who experienced a separate issue that occurred after the 10:56 p.m., Aug 25 (JST). The issue has since been fixed.
