[Modified] Incorrect Arcarum Daily Result Issue


We are currently looking into an issue where players are receiving loot that doesn't match their alliance's results for the first day of Arcarum: The World Beyond. Loot pickup for the event is temporarily disabled.

Additionally, players' verum proof and blurred memoria totals were reset, and loot that was traded for was recalled. Verum proofs and blurred memorias can be picked up again.

This issue was fixed at 6:58 a.m., Sep 17 (JST). Pick up your loot from the Arcarum loot screen. We will continue to reset treasure totals and recall items as described above.
