Load Balancing Adjustments to the Raid Finder

The load balancing system for the raid finder (beta) has been updated.

Intent for this Update
Changes have been made to accommodate real time balancing adjustments for each raid battle.

The goal of these changes is to improve the experience of joining raids, both for raids that would become full too quickly and for raids that would have trouble clearing due to a lack of participants.

Thank you for playing,
Granblue Fantasy Team
