[Modified] Emergency Maintenance for Hexachromatic Hierarch

The game will undergo emergency maintenance from 11:30 p.m., Oct 23, 2023 (JST) due to an issue in being able to clear the Hexachromatic Hierarch quest in some cases by means that would usually not be possible.

Loot obtained from clearing the quest due to this issue will be retrieved in the order it was distributed.

Accounts that loot is retrieved from may be temporarily frozen.

Modified: 1:55 a.m., Oct 24, 2023 (JST)
Emergency maintenance to address the above issue has been completed.

Players who were unable to clear the battle due to the emergency maintenance will have the treasure, AP, and EP used to start it returned to them.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by this issue, and appreciate your patience while we work on fixing it.

Thank you for bearing with us,
Granblue Fantasy Team
