Once a combo call is locked in, its details will display in the confirmation pop-up, and it will persist until you either call a summon to trigger the combo or tap the disengage combo call button. Taking turns or opening the summon confirmation pop-up for a different summon will not break the lock.
Each instance of a summon call can only be locked in by a single player. A combo call can't be used by other players to create additional combo calls.
