[Modified] Game Balance Update

The game was updated at 7 a.m., Dec 11, 2023 (JST). Skills and charge attacks for certain characters were updated. Details of the updates are as follows.

Character Skill / Charge Attack Changes

The following character skills, support skills, and charge attacks were adjusted. The descriptions listed below reflect the updated effects. Effects that were added or modified are in red text.
