Novel Character Weapon Ticket Issue

We are currently looking into an issue where players are receiving Novel Offer Character Weapon Ticket V instead of Novel Offer Character Weapon Ticket VI after entering the serial code from the Granblue Fantasy Novel Vol. 06.

We are currently working to fix this issue. Use of serial codes has been temporarily disabled.

For players who have not yet used Novel Offer Character Weapon Ticket V, we will recall it and send the correct draw ticket to players' crates.
