A delinquent held on Supermax Juvenile Detention Island. He had been serving as an apprentice pyrotechnician until, one day, he encountered several drunk ruffians at a festival. He punched his way through the dozens of drunkards and managed to take them down on his own. To ensure they wouldn't ever disrupt another festival, the pyrotechnician was about to throw the men off the island when the Skydom Bureau of Investigation rushed onto the scene and arrested him. Despite his gruff demeanor, this young man has a compassionate personality and may, in fact, be smarter than he lets on.
