A homunculus created by Merlin from two boys closely resembling each other in appearance—Rowley, the son of a noble family in Feendrache, and Willy, Aleis's son. Because of the resemblance, Aleis fully believes that her son had come back from the dead. This situation proves troublesome for Rowley, who is a completely different person from Willy.
Under Merlin's orders, Rowley joins the Order of the White Dragons as a son from a noble family and trains under his seniors, Arthur and Mordred. Rowley feels inferior to Cruz, who is a homunculus created from scratch. Rowley's strong sense of rivalry often caused him to become impatient and behave recklessly. However, he starts to show growth when Mordred, after becoming the king of Hibergreif, treats him as an individual.
