A colonel in the Amestrisian armed forces and a State Alchemist known as "Flame." Using ignition cloth gloves inscribed with a transmutation circle, he creates sparks and manipulates the oxygen around his targets to trigger fiery explosions. He seeks the position of fuhrer to realize the ideal nation he and a close friend once dreamed of during their time on the battlefield.
