I'm Senta Claws, Meow!

Sierokarte hands each crew member a list of valued customers to deliver gifts of appreciation to. Sen sets off for her first delivery, but her bag of presents is snatched away by monsters.

As the long-awaited holiday season approaches, the crew receives a letter from Sierokarte asking for their help.
Sierokarte: I'm sorry to ask this of you so suddenly, but I'd like you to make a few deliveries to my highly-valued customers.
Lyria: Oooh! They're presents from Siero and Santa!
Sen: Sanda Craws! I know him! He's the boss of the sled festival, right?
Sierokarte: Hoho, you're close, but it's pronounced Santa Claus. Only Sen would have the sense to say something so sensational... Hehehe.
Vyrn: There she goes again. Anyway, where do you want us to take this stuff?
Sierokarte: I've got it marked right here.
Sierokarte pulls out a map and a long list of addresses. She divides the list among the crew in order to speed up the deliveries.
Vyrn: All right, meet back at the Grandcypher when you're done!
Sen: Okay! I'll be back before you know it!
They all split off and enthusiastically head for the first delivery on each of their respective lists.
Sen: Nooo! You can't take those presents! Give them back!
Sen: Meow you're asking for it! Here I come!

I'm Senta Claws, Meow!: Scene 2

Sen's first stop is an orphanage where she is beset by a horde of excited children, causing her to flee. When Sen realizes she forgot to deliver the presents, she plunges down the orphanage chimney, sets the gifts by the tree, and leaves without a trace.

Sen recovers the presents and arrives at the first stop on her list, an orphanage.
Sen: Wow, this building is huge... Gulp...
Sen: I'm not good with little kids, but I can't let everyone down!
Sen: H-hello? I'm Sen from the Knickknack Shack. I brought some presents for you.
Caretaker: My goodness, what a cute Santa! Thank you for coming out all this way. Please give my regards to Siero.
Sen: Heehee. 'Tis the season!
Caretaker: Come now, let's get you out of the cold. Hang on, I'll bring you a cup of tea.
Sen: Oh, thank you!
Child 1: Whoa! Santa's here!
Sen: Ack!
Child 2: Hey, she's got cat ears! Is she Santa's cat?
Sen: Um, no... My name is Sen.
Sen: Yeow! Don't pull my ears!
Child 1: Wowie, you've got awesome hands, Santa! Can I touch them?
Sen: Huh? Uh...
Caretaker: Mind your manners, children. Play nicely now, okay?
Sen grows increasingly flustered as a tide of eager children envelop her.
Sen: I... I... I'm sorry!
Sen bolts from the orphanage, unable to bear the attention any longer.
Child 2: Aww! Santa ran away!
Sen: Huff... Huff... Phew, I knew little kids were scary...
Sen: Oh no! I forgot to deliver the presents!
Sen: I have to go back there, don't I? But I don't really want to...
Sen: Oh? That might work!
Sen notices the chimney atop the orphanage and immediately leaps onto the roof. She peers down into the dark vent.
Sen: I think I can squeeze down here and leave the presents without anyone seeing me!
Sen gathers her courage and plunges into the chimney.
Sen: Mmm... It's warm and cozy in here. Too bad about the smoky smell though.
Sen crawls down to the hearth with ease. She peeks out of the fireplace to make sure no one is around.
Once the coast is clear, she quickly stacks the presents next to a large fir tree.
Sen: They can't miss them if I put the presents here.
Sen: Happy holidays! Phew!
Her mission complete, Sen shoots back up and out the chimney.
Child 1: Wahoo! Presents from Santa!
Caretaker: Don't forget to thank Santa, children.
Child 2: Thank you, Santa!
Sen continues down her list of deliveries, hopping from one address to the next.
Sen: Brrr... It's gotten a little chilly. Maybe I didn't bundle up enough.
Sen: I wonder if the others are done already? I need to pick up the pace...
Sen: Hm?
Thief: Sorry, you old maid, but I could use this more than you!
Old Woman: Dearie me! That was for my grandchild! Give it back!
Sen: Graaah!
Thief: What the!
Old Woman: Gasp! Who are you?
Sen: I'll get it back for you! It's dangerous, so please stay where you are!

I'm Senta Claws, Meow!: Scene 3

Sen spends a relaxing afternoon at the home of an old woman before completing the rest of her deliveries. Sen's lateness worries the crew members and they set out to find her. When they finally return they find her romping with a ball of yarn.

The old woman invites Sen to her home as thanks for apprehending the thief.
Old Woman: Sen, was it? Thank you so much, dearie. I don't have much, but please make yourself at home.
Sen: Thank you!
Sen: Um, what's that, ma'am?
Old Woman: This is a table that's heated underneath, and the blanket spread over it keeps the heat in. Stick your legs in and see for yourself.
Sen: I've never seen anything like this before!
Sen's eyes are wide with wonder. She daintily slips under the blanket and starts to become drowsy as soon as the warmth hits her feet.
Sen: Mewow... It's like a warm summer's day!
Old Woman: I'm glad you like it. You know what you remind of? A cute little cat that's all curled up by the fire.
Sen: Do cats like to sleep under here?
Old Woman: You couldn't drag them away, hehe. Yep, they won't budge, no siree.
Sen: I see... Yawn... Oh well, if that makes me a cat, then I guess I'm a cat...
Old Woman: Well said, hehehe. Sleep tight, dearie.
Wrapped in a blanket of warmth, Sen's eyelids grow heavier, and she finally drifts off into a deep sleep.
Meanwhile on the Grandcypher.
Vyrn: Hmm... Sen's late.
Lyria: Something must've happened to her!
Vyrn: Really? If that's true, then we gotta go find her, (Captain)!
Sen: Wow, I didn't know you shopped at the Knickknack Shack!
Old Woman: So Siero asked you to be her Santa this year. Thank you for coming all the way out to see me.
Feeling rested from her afternoon nap, Sen hands over the presents from Sierokarte.
Sen: Your house is as warm as a sunny day at the beach. Thank you for having me over.
Old Woman: You're welcome. Here, I have a small gift for you too.
Sen: Ooh, can I really have this? Thank you!
Sen: I love this heated table! I'm going to tell (Captain) all about it!
Old Woman: Don't forget to tell Siero I said hello.
Sen: I will! I'm leaving now, good-bye!
Sen: I will! I'm leaving now, good-bye!
Sen bids farewell and starts heading for the Grandcypher. She has a difficult time walking straight due to the sheer number of gifts given to her by grateful customers.
Sen: Oof, I can barely carry all of these. I bet the crew's going to be super happy.
Sen: I want to give everyone something too. Hm, what would make a good gift from me...
As she contemplates what to give the crew, a large leaf lands on her head.
Sen: This is one big leaf...
Sen: Meow! I just had a great idea. Just you wait and see, (Captain)!
Lyria: Oh, where could Sen have gone?
Vyrn: We've searched all over, but there's no sign of her.
???: Waah!
Vyrn: What was that?
Sen: Hey, (Captain), Lyria, Vyrn. Welcome back.
When the crew rushes to the loud crash that came from the deck, they see Sen's head sticking out from under a mountain of presents with an apologetic look on her face.
Lyria: Gasp! Sen? When did you get back?
Vyrn: And what exactly are you doing?
Sen: Sorry, I just got back. I thought I saw a ball of yarn somewhere in the presents...
Sen: I tried to pull it out, but I somehow got all tangled up in it!
Sen: I'll get myself out of this in half a jiff! Hang on a second... Um... Ooh...
Sen: Ack! I think I made it worse! This yarn is incredible...
Lyria: Oh, Sen... Stay still. We'll untangle you!
Sen: Sorry... Thanks, Lyria.
Vyrn: Why do you have so many gifts anyway? Are these leftovers from the Knickknack Shack?
Sen: No. When I delivered Siero's presents, the customers each gave me something back as thanks.
Vyrn: Whoa, really? We were really worried when you didn't come back, but I guess there was nothing to worry about.
Sen: Oops, sorry... I'll make sure to finish more quickly next time! Um, there's one more thing...
Lyria: What is it?
Sen: I wanted everyone in the crew to have this. It's a present from me... meow.
Sen reaches into the pile of gifts and hesitantly pulls out a giant hog.
Vyrn: Bwah?
Sen: I also made a card for you. See?
Sen timidly gives the crew a large leaf with Happy Winter written on it.
Lyria: Gasp! What a beautiful card!
Sen: It's really cold today, so how about we warm ourselves up with a big pot of hog stew?
Sen: I think you'd all like it. The cold will be gone in no time!
  1. I think this calls for a meow.
  2. Good work out there... meow.

Choose: I think this calls for a meow.

Sen: Again? Well, okay, if you say so... meow.
Sen: Is that good enough, meow? Come on, this is embarrassing...
Sen: I'm going to start making the hog stew right away! Don't eat anything else before it's ready!

That tranquility seems to gently illuminate the cold winter night.
