| A biological weapon and primal beast that has long slumbered in the floating fortress of Roanne. The larva reaches adult form by parasitizing a host and granting it a tremendous boost in strength. The host body, uncapable of such a drastic metamorphosis, dies off and serves as a puppet for Socialis. In terms of ecology, it is incredibly predatory and attacks anyone within its immediate vicinity. Socialis self-multiplies within the host's body, periodically birthing new larvae who will hunt down new hosts to feed on—a cycle of carnage and reproduction that repeats ad infinitum. Only the progenitor Socialis hidden away in the activation key is capable of commanding the entire hive. |
