A gelatinous individual who once fought against Bo-bobo as captain of the A-Block Hair Hunters. As his name suggests, he seems to be made up of a jelly-like substance, and has even been eaten on occasion. He spent a long time on display in a supermarket, an experience that left a deep scar on his heart.
