Kimi to Boku no Mirai is the first character song album released.
The album features the debut song of the Granblue Fantasy Idol Project from the 2015 April Fools' event. Lilele's fate episodes refer back to this event.
The same idol outfit was used again in the Love Live! Sunshine!! Aqours Sky-High! event. While Lyria and Djeeta's idol outfits were kept, Io's outfit was specifically created for the sake of event since she was not a part of original GRANBLUE FANTASY IDOL PROJECT.

- In August 2016, Kimi to Boku no Mirai and Sora no Michishirube were made available in the arcade game Taiko no Tatsujin: White Version.
- In October 2016, while Granblue had its 5th and 6th Cinderella Girls collaboration events (~Girls Keep on Dreaming~ and ~Snowy Mountain Story~), Kimi to Boku no Mirai was available in the mobile game THE iDOLM@STER Cinderella Girls: Starlight Stage.
