A researcher with DinoSmile, Inc. who loves developing weapons. Had been plotting with Lulou Holou to make money off of starting wars. He has no sense of ethics, and will eagerly use even his own subordinates as test subjects. He was originally doing R & D for a small nation's military, but was exiled for doing inhumane research and was left without work until Millie scouted him. Though he boasted that he had used Tyra's knowledge to create formidable bioweapons, it was actually Millie who made all of those, so he never actually did that much. He fainted when the small airship he was escaping in was crushed, but after everything was over he was found and handed over to the Crew of Enforcers.
