Lilele visits Diantha, who describes how her fans still supported her after her retirement. Lilele decides she wants to shine not just now, but forevermore. Diantha then teaches her how to make cheering torches called tlepilli.

The one answering Lilele with a smile is Diantha, a former maiden of Xochitl Island.

She became friends with the crew through an incident involving Xolotl, the island's guardian deity.

Having graduated as a maiden and begun training as an apprentice priestess, she now travels with the crew as part of her studies.

Lilele: Many of the fans who cheer me on take ideas for their chants from your fans—the ichnia!

Inside, a crowd of a dozen or so has gathered around a single young girl.

Lilele: (This is it—the handshake event for the idol rumored to be South Captain's new favorite...)

Lilele: (I'll be sure to take in every detail, so I can learn from it for the future!)

Blossoming Idol: Ah! You came again! Thank you so much—it means a lot to me!

South Captain: Me too! Being here with you brightens my day!

Blossoming Idol: I'm doing a concert tomorrow, so please come if you can! I'll be unveiling a new song!
