Night Pareidolia - Chapter 6: Fusion - Episode 4

While Judah continues to conceal his true feelings, believing trust only leads to weakness, Fiorito and Morilynn challenge him with the joy they've found in their connections with others. Assigning Felix to deal with Ragazzo and (Captain), Judah merges with his six weapons, but his children remain undaunted and face him head-on.

---

Having fused via harmonization, Fiorito and Morilynn launch a fierce assault with rose fists and thorny vines.

Fiorito & Morilynn: Grande Rosa della Sconfitta!

Judah: Guh!

Judah attempts to counter using Asura and his bows, but can barely manage to defend himself.

Judah: Evoca!

Spirits: ...

Ragazzo: Don't even think about it!

Judah: Huff... Puff...

Fiorito: I couldn't care less about our family's ambitions. All I wanna know is your wish, Dad.

Judah: Did you somehow not see the bloodshed I brought forth?

Fiorito: What about it? As a former Auditor, I know better than anybody about all the awful stuff you've done.

Morilynn: Won't you place your trust in us and share your story?

Judah: Trust... Trust, you say?

Judah: Trusting others only leads to weakness! That's the legacy I inherited from my father... and the conviction I must uphold!

Morilynn: Judah, you said before that involving yourself deeply with others just creates opportunities for misfortune, right?

Morilynn: I guess it's true that if I'd kept to myself, my heart never would've felt all prickly like these thorns.

Morilynn: But if I hadn't met Lodi, Fiorito, or the others, this rose inside me would've never blossomed!

Fiorito: As for me, I've spent my whole life as a rose blooming alone, never believing in anyone.

Fiorito: But I've learned something, Dad. When you trust and rely on others, love follows.

Judah: ...!

Fiorito: My friends have shown me how beautiful it is when all sorts of flowers grow together!

Morilynn: Now then, Judah. Allow us to show you too!

In seamless harmony, Fiorito and Morilynn swing at Judah with all their strength.

Fiorito & Morilynn: Pugno della Grande Rosa!

Fiorito: Did we get through to him?

Spirits: ...

Fiorito & Morilynn: ...!

Fiorito: What! But those shadow things were just—

Felix: Good grief. You need to get your act together.

Ragazzo: Sorry... Fiorito...

Judah: Felix...

Felix: Apologies for disobeying orders. But at this point, Ferdi's a secondary concern, wouldn't you say?

Judah: Indeed. I'm counting on you to handle the observer.

(Captain): ...!

Felix: It seems you're my playmate now, (Captain).

Troue: (Captain)? Are you... there?

1. Troue!

Choose: Troue!

Felix: Damned hole in a donut. No one invited you.

Felix: Anyway, let's refocus. It's time for our final game.

Judah: That fusion of yours... Yes, if all the Horoscopes derive from the same entity, such a transformation is conceivable.

Judah: How intriguing... I'll have to test this myself.

Fiorito: Huh?

Judah: Four Horoscopes... together with Exitosus, which stands as Asura's counterpart...

Judah: Asura, heed my command.

Judah casts Asura into the air, and the six Horoscopes come together, forming a rotating ring as they envelop him fully.

Judah: ...

Fiorito: H-he fused with his weapons?

Judah: I trust no one. Hence, I would never allow myself to merge with another person.

Despite Judah's overwhelming aura, Fiorito and Morilynn remain unfazed, facing him without a hint of hesitation.

Morilynn: Wow, Judah with six arms. Looks like he could embrace just about anything now.

Fiorito: Meaning he's ready to receive whatever feelings we throw at him, right?

Judah: Enough nonsense. I will crush you so thoroughly that not even a sliver of hope remains.

Morilynn: Well, we're not giving up until we hear the truth.
Isn't that right, Fiorito?

Fiorito: You bet! And after that, we're gonna have you make it up to us big-time for these past ten years!

Fiorito & Morilynn: So get ready!
